Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC Social Snowball Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") offers customers the opportunity to participate in our Social Snowball Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (which may be modified from time to time).

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to individuals who are customers of Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC who have made at least one purchase through our website and have a valid email.

1.2. Employees, affiliates, and partners of identity Pet Nutrition, LLC, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3 Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in a jurisdiction where such programs are legally permitted.

1.4. identity Pet Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.

2. How the Program Works

2.1 Participants will receive a unique referral link or code at checkout & through the Social Snowball platform upon signing up for the Program. Customers may be automatically enrolled when they make a purchase at identitypet.com. 

2.2. To qualify for a referral reward, the referred customer must:

• Be a new customer to identity Pet Nutrition, LLC unless otherwise permitted.
• Complete a purchase through the referral link.
• Meet any specified minimum purchase amount (if applicable).

2.3. Referral rewards will only be issued for completed and verified purchases. Canceled or refunded purchases will not qualify.

2.4 When a referred customer uses the referral link or code to make a purchase of $59.00 or more, the referee will receive a $15 discount applied to their order.

3. Rewards

3.1. Referral rewards will be provided as discount codes or may be substituted for store credit or cash payout, at Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC’s sole discretion, depending on the program.

3.2. Rewards are subject to any applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the participant.

3.3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other forms of compensation unless otherwise stated.

3.4. identity Pet Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to modify reward amounts or structures at any time.

4. Discount Code Terms

4.1 The $15 discount code is valid for eligible products sold on the Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC website.

4.2 The discount code is only applicable to orders with a subtotal of $59.00 or more before taxes, shipping, and other fees. Shipping may be required if the order is below the free shipping minimum.

4.3 The discount code cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

5. Referee Conditions (Referred Customer)

5.1 Referred customers must be new customers who have not previously placed an order with Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Referred customers must use the unique referral link or code provided to them at checkout for the discount to apply. Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed & orders cannot be cancelled simply because a discount code failed to apply.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to terminate, cancel or modify the Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2. In the event of Program termination, participants will have 30 days to redeem any unclaimed rewards.

6.3 Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

6.4 Any misuse of the Program, including fraudulent activity or self-referrals, may result in disqualification from the Program and voiding of discounts or forfeiture of rewards.

6.5. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and identity Pet Nutrition, LLC regarding the Program.

6.6 If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1. Participants may not engage in the following activities:

• Spamming referral links on social media platforms, forums, or email.
• Using paid advertisements or misleading practices to generate referrals.
• Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to fraudulently earn rewards.

7.2. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of rewards.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. identity Pet Nutrition, LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures related to the Program.

8.2. By participating in the Program, you agree to release identity Pet Nutrition, LLC from any liability arising from your participation or the use of rewards.

Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC will not be liable for:

• Any technical failures or errors during the operation of the Program.
• Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Program.

9. Privacy

By participating in the Program, you agree to our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy or in accordance with any other policies at identitypet.com. Referral activity and data will be tracked for the purpose of administering the Program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado where Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC is based. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Colorado, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Weld County, CO.
